Japan mulls beefing up gun laws

I rest my case regarding idiot Americans. Japan has one high profile shooting death - the response? A beefing up of gun control laws. America? Well, let’s keep upholding the abused and misunderstood right to bear arms - even at the expense of the lives of our citizens. Again, and again, and again.
