All mechanicals fixed on the Humber. Yay me. And Nick the Elderly Italian Mechanic. Who is very cool. And cheap. If incomprehensible. Car seems to lack a little guts – which I hope is mostly because I haven’t taken it out and given it a bit of a spin and it also hasn’t had a full tank of gas in it yet. The lack of a spin is mostly because I still need to fix a lot of rust before I can register it. Having a chap from a panel beaters look at it on Saturday and quote. Hopefully it won’t bankrupt me.
Car is currently living in the garage though and it looks awfully cool in there.
