Totally and utterly exhausted. This last few chapters (2.5 left) are going to be a real killer. This chapter is proving a real bitch of a thing. I have two painful topics: encrypting file systems using dm_crypt and file system ACLs. Both of which are a real fucking nightmare to setup and test. I think I have broken the back of file system encryption tonight but I am too tired to continue to document it and I am making far too many mistakes.

P.S. Anyone who feels like buying me a copy of VMWare Workstation 4.5 would earn my external gratitude. Anyone? Bueller? Bueller? Damn might have to fork out the cash myself. It’s an awesome product. A real life saver at the moment. Now if I could only get VMWare Tools working I could also cut-and-paste out of the Virtual Machines.
