This – together with incidents like the British testing of nuclear weapons at Maralinga and in the US the DOE testing of radioactive isotopes on children and the experimentation with syphilis on African-American men in the 1940s and 50s – all make it abundantly clear that Britain and the United States track record with WMD is at least as shameful as their enemies. The experiments detailed in the above article are on par with the activities of the Chinese at Harbin and the German medical experiments on concentration camp inmates – crimes against humanity.
